Upgrades, Migrations, and Conversions

NextGate has been working with the Sun/SeeBeyond middleware stack since DataGate version 2.0. We can discuss with you the advantages and disadvantages of moving to a new release level, or, realizing the large investment in your current system, explore the strategy of bridging your legacy interfaces to a new environment. Monitoring and Alerting

NextGate developed the Event Tracker and Manager, a utility to monitor the integration environment, broadcast alerts, and provide easier data recovery options. By incorporating a few pre-packaged services into the eWay Java code, you can more efficiently monitor interface status, transaction flow, queue states, and threshold limits. You can create custom GUIs to interact with the system in a way that best suits your needs. Alerts are displayed on screen as well as transmitted via email to appropriate users and devices. Journaling, data editing and resend, and publishing directly to queues are all simplified with Enterprise Tracker and Monitor.

As an added benefit, all transactions flowing through the monitoring environment can be captured and used to supply other processes or procedures. For example, reports, management dashboards, and research can be generated on top of this massive data set.

Architecture Assessments and Performance Tuning

If operational performance is slow or if you are considering changes to your environment (like upgrading versions, deploying new software, or adding interfaces) an Architectural Assessment can provide a clear understanding of the situation and a roadmap for progress. The purpose of the assessment is to identify areas of inefficiency, opportunities for optimization, and impact analysis so that you can keep our infrastructure running smoothly.
