Originally founded as a healthcare integration consulting firm, NextGate expanded into product development when we noticed the high costs associated with overly complex and expensive software.  Often, the software came with too many unused features and not enough of the ones you really needed.  Capitalizing on the heritage of being the developers of the first vendor independent EMPI in the early '90s, we developed a series of products to augment and focus our integration engagements culminating in what is today the MatchMetrix™ product line.

Using this technology and the experience from hundreds of implementations, NextGate deploys integration solutions that link related records from different data sets to create consolidated or “single” views of data.  With a master index or registry in place, organizations become more aware of data relationships which makes it is easier to identify, merge and exchange information, providing greater accuracy, confidence and management over data.

We are experts in the MatchMetrix product line for EMPI, Provider, Terminology and MDM.  We also service Oracle (Sun/SeeBeyond) middleware products, including eIndex, eView, eGate, ICAN, and Java CAPS.
